Roberto’s vitello tonnato
“It’s a rock! It’s a peak! It’s a cape! What do I say, it’s a cape”? It’s an institution! Because the restaurant Chez Roberto has remained firmly rooted in the hearts of Geneva’s locals over the years, with that extra something that makes all the difference: a family welcome, outstanding service, a unique atmosphere and traditional cuisine. As in the theater, the actors perform the play brilliantly in front of the spectator guests. Chef Alexandre Campa, grandson of the legendary Roberto Carugati, is at the helm of the kitchen, delivering a classic transalpine gastronomic score, including an emblematic Italian dish: vitello tonnato, prepared with respect for tradition for three generations now.
