When the first rays of sunshine appear, the village of Corsier is alive and well. As the first terraces of neighboring houses open their tables, a few families toast the aperitif to the twelve strokes of noon. In the center of this small village is a country inn like few others, perfect for a family gathering at Sunday lunch, and whose perch fillets remain an unmissable specialty in this (almost) summertime.

Regional anthem
These little lake treasures can be eaten in small or large portions, and are a pleasure to eat. All from Lake Geneva, they are of course accompanied by crispy home fries. As a preamble, don’t hesitate to order a few slices of dried meat to share, to make your Sunday even sunnier. Take your time with the tasting – every forkful is a gift. The journey to the Café du Soleil in Corsier is well worth the detour: a guarantee of happiness and a simple, sincere change of scenery.
