A club at KLüB
With the arrival of fine weather and spring colors, there’s nothing like a rainbow-colored club sandwich. Klübis the concept of Yvan Dsikowski and Bénédict Kugler, two sandwich enthusiasts who offer colorful clubs that are as beautiful as they are tasty. Usually affiliated with the kitchens of palaces around the world, the duo’s aim is to democratize the double-decker sandwich and turn it into a quality street food product. As I’m more of a carnivore, it’s the veggie club that really appeals to me, with its grilled breadcrumbs typical of Provence, accompanied by Greek-style carrots, red cabbage pickles, cumin-flavored Vaudoise tomme and a sensational sweet pepper chutney to subtly spice things up.
