Yeast’s tiramisu

Let’s shout it loud and clear: Betrand Lutaud is back behind the stove! We’ll be talking more about this in next week’s real/radio section. But first, a sneak preview of the tiramisu from the boss of Yeast. After tasting almost all the dishes on the menu (patience is still required, as we’ll have a full report on Tuesday July 2), it’s when you dip your spoon into the tiramisu bowl that the sweet magic happens. The mousse, coffee, cocoa, hazelnut and hint of whisky will delight your taste buds. Just take a second bite to be sure you’re not dreaming. A word of advice…take the adventure all the way to Carouge and succumb to temptation!
