Strawberries at Arakel

Arakel’s restaurant will be the subject of an article in a future Food Letter, as the gastronomic experience lived up to our expectations. Now we understand why Arakel Sedef and Julien Samson took their time opening the doors of their restaurant in the heart of the lively Rue Henri-Blanvalet. Completely renovated, the Arakel restaurant now welcomes guests with a wine bar area, a restaurant area and an already popular counter area. As a mouth-watering preview, remember the sweet note around the first strawberries with this vacherin with Gariguettes from Carpentras, black lemon sorbet, black lemon cream, created by chef Quentin Philippe and his cooking partner Simon Varaine. A wonderful way to round off a dinner.
