In collaboration with Fabien Coutel's Treegether chocolates, chef Damien Germanier creates a made-to-measure dessert.

In the culinary world, whether for savory or sweet dishes, collaborations are on the rise. And so much the better, as gastronomic players join forces and share their talent and know-how to our great delight. Always in search of the good and the beautiful, let’s pay a visit to Michelin-starred chef Damien Germanier who, in association with Fabien Coutel, founder of Treegether chocolates, has created a high-flying dessert featuring a fine Treegether 65% dark chocolate ganache from Odile Zara in Madagascar, accompanied by a hazelnut praline and Earl Grey tea sorbet and gel. A commitment on the part of the chef to promote a human relationship with cocoa farmers and to humanize chocolate. This sweet creation is yet another reason to stop off in Sion and discover the cuisine of this talented chef.
