Bistrot Collette’s Mille-feuille

Life is already good at Bistrot Collette. This restaurant, which opened just a few weeks ago, is a hymn to the bistro, and will liven up Chêne-Bourg, a rather sleepy area in terms of gastronomy. The mille-feuille is THE favorite dessert of chefs, but it has to be perfectly executed. Rest assured, Max Collette’s mille-feuille is executed to the highest standards. The puff pastry, crisp as it should be (and more), is filled with a chocolate and salted butter caramel preparation. The chef adds his personal touch with a light chocolate ice cream.
