Le Passeur de Vin

To kick-start spring, Le Passeur de Vin invites you to meet Robin Carette, a winemaker who has just settled in Anjou noir in the Touharcé commune. The estate is planted mainly with Chenin, but also with the essential Pineau d’Aunis, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc. Without artifice and with very little intervention, he signs his second vintage with class and precision, certified organic.
For your greatest pleasure, Etienne Capot has selected the cuvée “Les Salines” 2022 for its frank and vertical energy. A lively Chenin, appetizing and slender, with stone fruit aromas of quince, apricot and beeswax, marked by a rhythmic, powerful palate and nourished by fine acidity. This is a winemaker’s wine with a wide range of gastronomic accompaniments, ideal for sipping by the lake.
