To a bistro. Or to a top-tier gourmet restaurant. But this time, we\u2019re heading to Spain\u2026 without leaving Paris. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casapregonda.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Casa Pregonda<\/a> popped up on my culinary radar somewhat by chance. One reservation later, here I am seated at this spot in the Marais that\u2019s fully booked night after night. Two seatings? We always grumble a little. But then we quickly understand why.       <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here, the atmosphere is part of the experience. Conversations flow naturally from Spanish to French, real candles light up the tables, and, for a few hours, Paris seems to fade into the distance. But if I had to pick just one dish, it would without a doubt be the squid ink rice, served with aioli and magnificent carabineros.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So yes, Spain has made its way to Paris.
