The concept? A well-rehearsed culinary offering based on the classics of Iberian gastronomy. Ham, croquetas, pan con tomate&#8230; you name it. Plus a few tempting novelties and the most efficient service. The craze for a controlled festive atmosphere (in other words: in true Geneva fashion) and for small dishes to share bears witness to this.
