Having had the chance to see him at work at the H\u00f4tel de Ville restaurant in Crissier and later at the Valrose in Rougemont, we&#8217;re delighted to welcome back this young, enthusiastic professional and his current favorite wine.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #26282a; font-family: New serif; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #26282a; font-family: New serif; font-size: medium;\">For this latest Food Bottle, Mathieu presents Les Vignes Oubli\u00e9es by winemaker Jean-Baptiste Granier in the L&#8217;\u00c9pinard wine bar run by the truculent Jan Bertiaux. After this wine immersion tasting, we head for Saint-Privat in the Languedoc heights, where the soil is rich and the sun is intense. A wine you can either taste at Jan&#8217;s or order from Mathieu&#8217;s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #26282a; font-family: New serif; font-size: medium;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #26282a; font-family: New serif; font-size: medium;\">What an opportunity to share moments where the world of catering rubs shoulders with the world of wine in a relationship based on mutual respect. And what a privilege to be able to witness these exciting and passionate encounters.
