How time flies! The handover from former owner Jacky Gruber to new owner Florian Le Bouhec marked a gastronomic renaissance in our beautiful city of Calvin. One page was turned to make way for another&#8230; and many beautiful chapters have been written at Le Bologne since then. The restaurant on rue Necker has reinvented itself and maintained a consistency that allows it to endure over time and continue to pass on a playful gastronomic passion. Let&#8217;s sit down to a meal with pleasure intact, palate sharpened.
