The evening promises to be a celebration of the pleasures of fine dining.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Almost) Mystery Menu<\/h2>\n<p> While the menu remains somewhat of a mystery, one dish has already been announced: crispy sweetbreads with squash and roasted hazelnuts. This sets the tone for an evening dedicated to culinary delights and hosted by the one and only Vincent Deberg\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marco Pelletier will bring a few bottles from his Bordeaux estate, Galouchet, as well as champagnes from Michel Gonet, for whom he serves as ambassador.
