According to the Financial Times, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hummnyc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>HUMM<\/strong><\/a> will welcome its first guests on October 10 at 435 Hudson Street in New York City\u2019s West Village, at the site of the former EN Japanese Brasserie. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roast Chicken<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Swiss chef at Eleven Madison Park explores a more casual style of cooking here, centered around a wood-fired stove and the joy of sharing. On the menu, his mother Brigitte\u2019s roast chicken\u2014topped with Parmesan and brioche tucked under the skin\u2014is served with a potato gratin that evokes his Swiss roots. Focaccia, grilled fish, and seafood round out the menu, where vegetables take center stage.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art is also among the guests. Pierre Yovanovitch designed the interiors, Francesco Clemente adorned the ceiling with a celestial fresco, and works by Rashid Johnson, Louise Bourgeois, and Roni Horn accompany the guests.
