In Geneva, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/aucoindubar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Au Coin du Bar<\/strong><\/a> is definitely one of those restaurants that host wonderful evenings celebrating the treasures of French, Swiss, and Italian vineyards. On Tuesday, October 13, Burgundy will take center stage at a dinner dedicated to Domaine Fourrier.  <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gevrey-Chambertin<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eight wines will allow you to explore several Gevrey-Chambertin vineyards and discover them across different vintages: Combe aux Moines from 2020 and 2023, Cherbaudes from 2021 and 2023, and Clos Saint-Jacques from 2018 and 2021. Two Griotte-Chambertin Grand Cru wines, from the 2018 and 2023 vintages, will round out this tasting. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To complement these wines, the menu will feature fall flavors: veal sweetbreads with apples and porcini mushrooms, saffron risotto with wild boar ragout, followed by saddle of venison, a mille-feuille of seasonal vegetables, and poivrade sauce. A tarte Tatin will round out the meal.
