With Lake Geneva and the Alps as a backdrop, the venue clearly asserts its transalpine culinary identity.  <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Italian Riviera<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the helm, Paolo Principe has crafted a menu inspired by the Italian Riviera, where classics take center stage: vitello tonnato, ossobuco alla milanese, and homemade ravioli del plin. The aperitivo menu follows suit, ranging from Negroni to Americano, while the wine selection spans the peninsula, from the Aosta Valley to Sicily, with a few forays into Ticino and several wines available by the glass. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A few floors below, the Brasserie du Royal retains its identity under the direction of Alexis Ribes. Brasserie classics are served alongside seasonal offerings, such as the creamy pumpkin and chestnut soup.
