Conceived by Francesco Dolcetta and Constance Rivi\u00e8re, this nomadic salon travels between Rome and other destinations, driven by the joy of hosting and sharing a quality meal. To our great delight, the duo is heading to Geneva for a week of gourmet delights on Boulevard du Pont-d\u2019Arve, a spot we love so much.  <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Italian Accents<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During his stopover in <a href=\"https:\/\/gallogeneve.com\/splash\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Gallo<\/strong><\/a>, the duo is working with chef Jacopo Romagnoli on a menu with Italian influences. Among the dishes being considered: pork head p\u00e2t\u00e9 with orange and chili pepper, pasta <em>cut<\/em>as fine as angel hair and served with a rockfish ragout, or a reimagined version of <em>saltimbocca<\/em>. Porcini mushrooms, artichokes, and rice might also make an appearance on the menu. Gallo\u2019s dining format will retain its usual structure and prices.
