Beneath the glass roof, the stage has been restored to its place in the center of the room. From Thursday through Sunday, the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcazar.fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Alcazar<\/strong><\/a> comes alive to the rhythm of a mix of songs, dances, and performances throughout the meal. On other evenings, music accompanies a more casual, \u00e0 la carte dinner.   <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Cooking Duo<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the kitchen, Zouhair Bouhlal and Guillaume Lutard draw on the French culinary tradition: p\u00e2t\u00e9 en cro\u00fbte, onion soup, roast poultry, and even rum baba. These classics are complemented by Mediterranean and Italian influences, stemming in particular from Zouhair Bouhlal\u2019s culinary background. Guillaume Lutard, for his part, is already familiar with the restaurant and its rhythm. Together, the two chefs must bring this cuisine to life, whether during an \u00e0 la carte dinner or between segments of the show.
