As the head chef of Mingles, his three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Seoul, he is opening <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seokrestaurant.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>SEOK<\/strong><\/a> at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyatt.com\/park-hyatt\/en-US\/parph-park-hyatt-paris-vendome?src=corp_lclb_google_seo_parph&#038;utm_source=google&#038;utm_medium=organic&#038;utm_campaign=lmr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Park Hyatt Paris-Vend\u00f4me<\/strong><\/a>. The name of this new restaurant pays tribute to his father. There, Mingoo Kang serves cuisine deeply rooted in his culture and childhood memories, without seeking to create a fusion. Korean fundamentals\u2014fermentation, balance of flavors, textures, and temperatures\u2014are combined here with carefully selected French ingredients.    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Small plates<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The meal is put together freely using small plates, dishes to share, banchan, and condiments. Among the featured dishes: crispy yam inspired by street food, a chicken duo, and Angus beef galbi that you can wrap yourself in a lettuce or perilla leaf. Designed by artist and architect Hugo Toro, SEOK\u2019s interior features a dining bar, an open kitchen, a dining room bathed in amber lighting, and a private dining area.
