It\u2019s now official: Cyril Lignac is taking over the kitchen at the legendary <a href=\"https:\/\/lucascarton.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Lucas Carton<\/strong><\/a>on Place de la Madeleine.   <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parisian institution<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We had previously mentioned Benjamin Patou\u2019s takeover of this Parisian institution. A restaurant steeped in history, inextricably linked to the great Alain Senderens, who turned it into one of the premier destinations of French gastronomy and left a profound mark on the art of food-and-wine pairings. For Cyril Lignac\u2014chef, pastry chef, and tireless entrepreneur\u2014this marks the beginning of a new adventure and further strengthens his foothold in Paris.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are truly delighted by this news.
