This bright brasserie, located at the beginning of Route de Florissant, welcomes Eugenio Da Silveira, who is taking over for Mathilde Lefebvre, now in charge of operations for the Maniatis Group\u2019s restaurants. <\/p>\n<h2>Michelin-Starred Cuisine<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After spending time in Lyon before flying to Australia\u2014where he worked, among other places, at the Palazzo Versace\u2014Eugenio Da Silveira returned to Geneva in 2017. He then spent several years at Sergue\u00ef Smalkin\u2019s restaurants, notably as the director of Mimo, before joining Arakel. It was there that he discovered the world of Michelin-starred cuisine and worked for two years alongside Simon. Their professional partnership continues today, as the two men have reunited at Sesflo\u2014this time with Simon in the kitchen and Eugenio at the helm.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This arrival comes at just the right time for someone who was looking for \u201ca fresh start\u201d and who says he was immediately charmed by the place, its terrace, and its olive trees.
