On Friday, August 28, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the producers participating over the weekend will meet with Geneva-based restaurant owners and bar managers. The idea is simple: to bring together producers and chefs, discover the diversity of Geneva\u2019s local produce, sample dishes, exchange contact information, and, above all, facilitate future orders of local products.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To give the first collaborations a little boost, each registered establishment will be eligible for gift certificates totaling up to 200 francs for orders placed during the event. An order of at least 200 francs will entitle the customer to 100 francs in gift certificates, while an order of 400 francs or more will qualify for 200 francs in gift certificates. These amounts can also be combined with the canton\u2019s HORECA gift certificates, which are available through the end of the year. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since the number of participating establishments is limited, registration is required at <a href=\"mailto:contact@festiterroir.ch\">contact@festiterroir.ch<\/a>. However, multiple representatives from the same location may participate.
