On September<sup>1<\/sup>, <a href=\"https:\/\/noburestaurants.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Nobu<\/strong><\/a> will open his first restaurant in the Spanish capital, located within the new Nobu Hotel Madrid. The restaurant will feature Nobu Matsuhisa\u2019s signature cuisine, blending Japanese and Peruvian influences, along with several of the brand\u2019s iconic dishes and a dedicated cocktail menu.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Designed by Diego Gronda\u2019s studio, the venue will span three levels, featuring a lounge, an open kitchen, a sushi bar, and more intimate spaces. A Nobu Rooftop will round out the experience, offering views of the Madrid skyline.
