The creative director of Louis Vuitton\u2019s men\u2019s collections is now expanding his horizons to include the Parisian hotel industry. Alongside Mohari Hospitality and Omnam Investment Group, the American artist is helping to revitalize the former Saint-James &#038; Albany at 202 Rue de Rivoli. A historic location in the 1st arrondissement, across from the Tuileries Garden, just a few steps from the Louvre and Place Vend\u00f4me.   <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Closed since 2021, the property is set to undergo a major transformation. Behind its historic facades, some 14,000 m\u00b2 will be redesigned to accommodate about 100 rooms and suites, private residences, as well as restaurants, bars, a spa, and a swimming pool. The name of the future hotel remains to be revealed, as do its interior design, dining options, and, above all, the unique touch that Pharrell Williams intends to bring to it.
