After several weeks of teasers, Lucas Jeanneret and Adrian Smith have officially announced the launch of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/sidechick.hotchicken\/?hl=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Side Chick<\/strong><\/a>, their new fried chicken restaurant. On August<sup>1<\/sup> \u2014Swiss National Day\u2014the first crispy chickens will come out of the kitchens at their Eaux-Vives arcade location. Before that, an opening party is scheduled for July 31. The first 300 burgers will be offered at the symbolic price of 3 francs to kick off the festivities. On August<sup>1<\/sup> and 2, the entire menu will then be offered at a 50% discount\u2014a deal that\u2019s sure to create a buzz\u2026 and likely a long line out the door.     <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It must be said that the founders of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prettypatty.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Pretty Patty<\/strong><\/a> have perfectly mastered the formula for a successful launch. After winning over smash burger lovers, they\u2019re now turning their attention to fried chicken with an offering that promises to be generous, crispy, and spicy. All that\u2019s left to do is roll up your sleeves. Because a good fried chicken sandwich is rarely eaten with elegance.
