The evening will begin with an aperitif lasting about an hour, featuring wines from <a href=\"https:\/\/jrgermanier.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Gilles Besse<\/strong><\/a>, before giving way to a grand outdoor banquet. A long communal table will bring together guests, winemakers, and wine lovers to share much more than just a meal: a time for conversation, discovery, and new connections. While the first edition gave pride of place to Argentine winemakers, this new edition retains the essence of the asado while honoring, this time, Swiss winemakers. This evolution doesn\u2019t change the spirit of the evening: bringing together people who may not necessarily know each other around the fire, with a good glass of wine and food designed to be shared.
