The program features tours, tastings, workshops, and meetups directly at the production sites. It\u2019s a way to better understand the seasons, the craftsmanship, and the work of those who shape our culinary heritage. BROCO also serves as a social network dedicated to local cuisine, where professionals and individuals can share their discoveries and promote regional products.
