Through his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svenwassmer.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Wassmer Family Group<\/strong><\/a>, a consulting firm he founded with Amanda Wassmer-Bulgin, he has entered into a partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thealpinagstaad.ch\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>The Alpina Gstaad<\/strong><\/a> for the 2026 summer season. From menus and product selection to supplier selection, staff training, and quality control, the group is supporting the hotel in a comprehensive review of its dining offerings.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the hotel\u2019s lobby and terrace, the concept is clear: to highlight its Alpine roots and Swiss products while meeting the expectations of an international clientele. The menu features, among other things, grilled dishes that guests can customize to their liking, a selection of regional cheeses and cold cuts, a few reimagined classics, and several nods to Swiss regional cuisine. This partnership also reaffirms the Wassmer Family Group\u2019s ambition to expand its consulting services for major players in the luxury hospitality industry.
