Bringing neighbors together, setting a large table, and sharing a meal in the heart of a neighborhood just waiting to come alive. That\u2019s exactly the idea behind <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mare-monti-geneve.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Mare e Monti<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cosmicgva.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Cosmic<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/jacques-geneve.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Jacques<\/strong><\/a>, who will soon be hosting a \u201cd\u00eener en blanc\u201d right in the middle of the Grand-Rue, against the incomparable backdrop of Geneva\u2019s Old Town. About sixty food lovers will take their seats around a single table set up in the middle of the Grand-Rue. The evening will begin on Wednesday, July 1, at 5:30 p.m. with an aperitif, followed by dinner at 8:00 p.m. For the occasion, Lucas Larrieu, chef at Mare e Monti, has created a menu developed in close collaboration with the three establishments. The menu will feature, among other dishes: raw and cooked salmon with carrots and harissa, leeks in a black garlic and feta vinaigrette, followed by a Barbarie duckling served with panis and a cocktail sauce. The dessert course will feature chocolate as the star of the show.
