It was a vision. That of a sun-drenched, ever-spectacular Miami, where the immense white curtains designed by Philippe Starck floated above a pool that had become as famous as some of its guests. Closed since 2020, the <a href=\"https:\/\/delanohotels.com\/miami-beach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Delano Miami Beach<\/strong><\/a> has just reopened its doors after a renovation estimated at over $100 million. Behind its carefully preserved Art Deco facade, the establishment now unveils a new face, with 171 rooms and suites, a wellness area, a private club and several dining concepts designed to appeal to a new generation of travelers. And that&#8217;s where the challenge lies. When the Delano opened its doors in the 1990s, it helped define the very identity of South Beach. Today, luxury hotels are multiplying in Miami as elsewhere. More numerous, larger, sometimes more spectacular. Yet few of them are becoming symbols. To accompany this new chapter, the establishment is counting on two eagerly awaited tables. On one side, <a href=\"https:\/\/gigi-restaurant.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Gigi Rigolatto<\/strong><\/a>an Italian address already present in Paris, Saint-Tropez and Dubai. On the other, <a href=\"https:\/\/mimikakushi.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Mimi Kakushi<\/strong><\/a>an Osaka-inspired Japanese restaurant in its first American venture.
