On Monday June 8, the <a href=\"https:\/\/leplaza-cinema.ch\/la-brasserie-europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Brasserie Europe<\/strong><\/a> will welcome its first guests to the former complex designed by Marc J. Saugey. Belgian chef Jean-Jacques Danthine will be at the helm, offering a contemporary take on the European brasserie, including a revisited beef tartare, waterzooi with local fish and other nods to his Belgian roots. Above and beyond the food, this opening marks a symbolic step: the gradual return of the Plaza to the Geneva landscape. For before the reopening of the historic cinema, the future cinema-hotel or the exhibition spaces announced for 2027, it is now through gourmet delights that the project is beginning to come to life.    <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The cinema will have to wait a little longer.
