For a four-hands dinner, chef William B\u00e9guin welcomes Quentin Philippe for an evening imagined around wine, sharing and a certain idea of conviviality. The idea behind the event is simple: to bring people together around beautiful products, good bottles and a sincere atmosphere, supported by a hip-hop soundtrack and a cuisine designed to circulate at the center of the table. Several dishes will be brought to the table directly by the chefs, in a lively and generous dynamic. As dinner progresses, guests will discover multicolored tomatoes spiced up with petimizi and Kalamata olives, an impressive jumbo morel served with Brittany lobster and smoked jus, before a BBQ trout from the Petit family, or Holstein Wellington beef served at the table.
