Against a difficult international backdrop, the destination is staying on course, confirming its ability to attract leisure travellers and major international events. Presented at the traditional Geneva Tourism Brunch, the 2025 balance sheet of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geneve.com\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Geneva Tourism &#038; Convention<\/strong><\/a> shows 3,851,477 overnight stays, up 1.7% on the previous year. This increase is all the more remarkable given that hotel capacity fell by 6%. Behind the figures, one trend is clear: Geneva remains a major venue for business tourism and conventions. International organizations, trade fairs, economic or medical events: the Geneva machine is running at full speed, with obvious spin-offs for hotels, restaurants and the local economy. But the destination is not content to rest on its laurels. Announced on the htr.ch website, Geneva Tourism also intends to accelerate its digital presence, relying more on tools capable of personalizing the visitor experience.
