This five-course dinner invites you on an intimate journey through the memories, influences and culinary landscapes of the two chefs. Each dish will tell a part of their shared history, with Italian cuisine as the common thread, recognized by UNESCO as the world&#8217;s first intangible cultural heritage. The evening will begin with an aperitif at the FRED Bar, then continue at the Fiskebar with creations specially conceived for the event, such as Cannolicchi di mare with Sicilian almond milk or Fagottino with Sardinian bottarga and wild fennel.
