Behind this charming building, just a stone&#8217;s throw from the center of Geneva, an elegant terrace is about to come back to life. From May 17, every Sunday will have its own rotisserie flavour. Slowly turning, crackling poultry, crispy golden skin, soft flesh and the immediate sensation of rediscovering something familiar, almost forgotten. A Sunday madeleine de Proust, served on white tablecloths, with glasses that fill up without watching the clock. Conceived as a convivial and generous rendezvous, this new proposal from Le Vallon makes you want to take your time.
