A competition in a class of its own, where the challenge is not to reinvent, but to master to perfection a rigorous set of specifications, faithful to tradition. Spearheaded by Yvan Vahanian and the Association des sp\u00e9cialistes de la bouillabaisse, the championship brings together chefs from scenes where this savoir-faire is defended with exacting standards. In this context, every detail counts: the quality of the products, the precision of the cooking, the intensity of the broth. With his second, Ali, Konstantinos Kamperis turned in a top-class performance, rewarded by second place worldwide. This distinction is based on honed technique, but also on a sensitive reading of the dish, nourished by his Greek roots and the echoes of Kakavia. A consecration, yes.
