One date, one theme, and above all one clear line: keep it simple, but do it really well. The Jura region will be present throughout the evening. In the glasses, first of all, with an ephemeral 100% Jura wine list designed by Emmanuel Heydens, founder of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lepasseurdevin.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Passeur de vin<\/strong><\/a>designed to reflect the evening&#8217;s theme. Then on the plate, with charcuterie and p\u00e2t\u00e9s presented by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artisancharcutier-romainpellet.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Romain Pellet<\/strong><\/a>followed by a rack of veal with hay, morels and jus cors\u00e9. Wait, that&#8217;s not all, the rest follows: mature Comt\u00e9 cheese and a few sweets. You&#8217;ll be delighted to know that we can count on people who always do their utmost to make our daily lives a little more gourmet.
