Starting at 5 p.m., a number of local winemakers will join forces for a tasting session designed to be a simple, yet deeply rooted local experience. In the glasses will be the signatures of Damien Mermoud, Domaine des Allues, La Mermi\u00e8re, Rouge Gorge and Domaine du Chambet &#8211; names that, each in their own way, tell the story of today&#8217;s Geneva vineyards. In the kitchen, Justine Montessuit and Mathias Fr\u00e9r\u00e9 accompany the tasting with a tapas menu designed to dialogue with the wines, in keeping with the house&#8217;s philosophy of fresh, local and environmentally-friendly produce. The tasting continues until around 7 p.m., before giving way to an evening that can continue around the evening menu and a selection of wines available by the bottle. The musical ambience is true to the spirit of the place: rhythmic and lively.
