On Thursday, April 23, at Les Acacias, Emmanuel Heydens and his team will welcome a very special figure on the wine scene: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chappaz.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Marie-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Chappaz<\/strong><\/a>. A rare, almost precious presence. The Valais winemaker travels sparingly these days. And if she makes the trip to Geneva, it&#8217;s also out of loyalty, friendship and, above all, to share.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Corps\">On the program for this evening: the discovery of her 2024 vintage, as well as a few older bottles, brought out of her cellar for the occasion. Wines that tell the story of time, the seasons, and the singular way she accompanies the vines without ever rushing them. In the glasses, three whites, three reds. Around them, a few thoughtful nibbles &#8211; just enough to accompany the wine without distracting from the essential. In the end, it&#8217;s not just about tasting.
