Conceived as a complete immersion in the world of cocoa, the project goes far beyond a simple visit: it aims to transform the current Maison Cailler into a veritable destination. On the agenda: an itinerary lasting several hours between historic buildings and spectacular new structures, a tropical greenhouse dedicated to cocoa, scenographic spaces and a direct access to production. All in an approach that combines emotion and education. But the ambition doesn&#8217;t stop there. With an estimated investment of 400 million francs, the project also includes hotels, restaurants and infrastructures designed to extend the experience and stay in Gruy\u00e8re. The aim is to attract more than a million visitors a year and reposition Broc as one of Switzerland&#8217;s leading tourist destinations.
