The latest move, which we learned of via Gault&#038;Millau: chef Michele Fortunato recently left the kitchens of Il Lago, the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant at the Four Seasons. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/geneva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Four Seasons<\/strong><\/a>. He arrived with the desire to breathe new life into a score that had long remained faithful to that of Massimiliano Sena, and had succeeded in winning over a clientele attached to palatial Italian gastronomy that was masterful, precise and without missteps. His discreet stint, noticed by insiders, confirmed his rare rigor and consistency. We now wish her a new field of expression worthy of her talent. In the meantime, his second-in-command will take over as interim chef, as the establishment subsequently announced.
