To orchestrate this rebirth, the COMO Hotels &#038; Resorts group has called on chef Yannick All\u00e9no, one of the world&#8217;s most starred chefs, with 17 Michelin stars. He will head up the estate&#8217;s culinary offering, including the Beauvallon-sur-Mer restaurant, on the waterfront facing the bay.
