The project was born out of a meeting between Ra\u00fal Barcel\u00f3 Mu\u00f1oz and Ruben Rodrigo, who wanted to bring traditional Spanish paellas to French-speaking Switzerland to take away. The menu features almost ten varieties of paella: traditional, with duck breast, octopus or seasonal vegetables. Something for every taste. Alongside the paellas, a selection of tapas is also available: traditional tortillas, croquetas or Andalusian-style calamari. One dish has already established itself as the house signature: a toasted brioche topped with melting Iberian pork cheek.
