On March 25, chef <a href=\"https:\/\/maisondecotterd.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>St\u00e9phane D\u00e9cotterd<\/strong><\/a> will welcome his friend Franck Reynaud, starred chef of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pasdelours.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Hostellerie du Pas de l&#8217;Ours<\/strong><\/a> and the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aidahotelspa.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>H\u00f4tel A\u00efda<\/strong><\/a> in Crans-Montana, for an exceptional four-handed gastronomic evening. The event will bring together 36 Gault&#038;Millau points for a menu celebrating the finest local produce in French-speaking Switzerland. Guests will start the evening with a series of creative appetizers, before discovering an elaborate two-course menu: grilled f\u00e9ra with verbena oil, Gruy\u00e8re chicken with black truffles, pike-perch with fennel and bergamot, or Seeland veal heart with morels.
