After a successful run as a pop-up, the concept devised by Sami Khouri is now firmly established. The DNA of the place remains intact: dishes at the center of the table, designed for sharing. Silky hummus, labneh, simmered shawarma, mezz\u00e9s to share. All the recipes come from Susan Khouri&#8217;s family book, <em>Mama Khouri<\/em>, who is still very much involved in the adventure. The warm, contemporary decor features long banquettes, a spectacular mirrored ceiling and a terrace in shades of green and apricot. Open from 8 a.m., the restaurant is open all day &#8211; from coffee, lunch and weekend brunch to dinner &#8211; and is also launching a Deli to extend the takeaway experience. &#8220;We&#8217;re here to stay,&#8221; says Sami Khouri.       <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After a short-lived spell in Zurich, Khouris is now a permanent fixture in Seefeld.
