Following the success of their Eaux-Vives address, it was almost natural to move on, with a major transformation designed to support the growth of the project without altering its spirit. The project involved taking over the adjacent arcade and destroying the first Melrose, which was completely rebuilt to merge the two spaces. As a result, the space will increase from 19 m\u00b2 to 50 m\u00b2, with the addition of 12 seats and an expanded lunch offer thanks to the arrival of a made-to-measure salad bar. As for the pace, the store will now be open 7 days a week, including Sundays, with a continuous kitchen.
