After a nostalgic first edition (Sweet memories), the event imagined by the agency <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pr-and-co.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>PR &#038; Co<\/strong><\/a> this time invites pastry chefs to play with the unexpected, surprises and illusions. Over the course of a week, pastry chefs will each imagine an exclusive creation around this theme, conceived as a secret to be revealed during tasting: a hidden heart, a textural twist, a flavor popping up at the last moment. Last year&#8217;s event saw seven participants and 724 pastries sold, with CHF 1,450 donated to the charity R\u00eaves Suisse. In keeping with its charitable dimension, the 2026 edition will donate CHF 2 per pastry sold to an association to be announced shortly. Entries from pastry chefs are open until February, before the participants and their creations are revealed.
