The Israeli-born chef and author, who has little day-to-day presence in Geneva, has handed over the reins of his kitchens to the talented Maxime Martin, who orchestrates daily operations with precision and attention to detail. To celebrate this anniversary, the restaurant is unveiling three new menus from the chef. At noon, a lunch menu designed as a gateway to the Ottolenghi universe. In the evening, a tasting menu that combines great classics with seasonal creations, always available to share. For the more curious, the Table du Chef welcomes 6 to 8 guests facing the grill, for a tailor-made experience signed by the chef.
