A personal, intimate vision, which the general public discovered in the episode Netflix devoted to him in Chef&#8217;s Table: France. Closure is not the result of failure, but of a cycle. As the chef recently explained, routine and repetition eventually erode creativity. Above all, the decision to stop was motivated by a need for freedom and breathing space, away from the constraints inherent in a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant. The spirit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yamtcha.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Yam&#8217;Tcha<\/strong><\/a>spirit has not disappeared. The tea boutique remains open and Caf\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yamtcha.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Lai&#8217;Tcha<\/strong><\/a> will evolve towards a simpler, more flexible formula.
