A few years later, the chef chose to move to the shores of Lake Annecy, in Talloires, taking over the iconic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.perebise.com\/restaurant-jean-sulpice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Auberge du P\u00e8re Bise<\/strong><\/a>. Season after season, this mountain and sports enthusiast has fashioned a regional cuisine of great precision, now twice Michelin-starred, highlighting a vibrant terroir between land, lake and Alpine peaks. For the 2026 vintage, Jean Sulpice is embarking on a major new phase by completely rethinking his restaurant. He entrusted the project to architect <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/antoinericardou\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Antoine Ricardou<\/strong><\/a>to imagine a place where inspiration, lines and materials interact harmoniously. &#8220;A subtle exchange between cuisine and architecture, between heritage and future&#8221;, as mentioned on the restaurant&#8217;s Instagram account.
